Equipped with custom made furniture and the pleasant work environment. All offices offer the telecommunication equipment including the Siemens digital telephone system and the high speed Internet access. The Herman Miller Aeron chairs, Fursys chairs, the HP all-in-one printer as well as the personal refrigerators add extra comfort to every office.
IT Support Service

With High speed internet access, BYSOL provides public IP address. We can also configure independent network by client’s company and/or by office for security. BYSOL always do our best to maintain secure and stable internet condition

Watertight Security System

For strict entry control and security at all time, the doors to each floor are equipped with the latest security system.
Complimentary Meeting Room

The meeting room for 6 persons on the Serviced Office floors featuring TV, glass board and video / audio conference is designed to serve in-house clients. They can reserve the meeting room up to 2 hours per day at complimentary upon availability.

Greeting and Valet Parking Service

BYSOL coordinator escorts visitors to your office and our Security agent provides valet service from/to Parking lot.
Other Facilities

We have a canteen exclusively for the in-house clients on the Serviced Office floor. The canteen is equipped with an automatic espresso machine, water purifier and a dishwasher for the convenience of our clients.

BYSOL Reception is equipped with all kinds of business related appliances such as high resolution color printer, photocopier, scanner, binding machine, coating machine, paper shredder and fax machines, and the fluent English speaking coordinators will provide all basic clerical and administrative supports as well as various concierge services.
BYSOL coordinators arrange quick and cost effective stationery delivery to clients’ office. We also provide equipment rental service and production of marketing materials (business card, Letterhead and brochure)
Various Meeting & Seminar Rooms

A total of six meeting rooms, a tiered seminar room and a banquet room are located on the 6th and 7th floors for meetings, conferences, seminars and lectures. BYSOL meeting facilities offer a full variety of services. These meeting rooms are fully equipped with wide screen, glass boards, video/audio conference equipments, TV, Projector, DVD Combos, digital telephones and high-speed Internet, that makes the top class international business standard.

Document Storage

At BYSOL, we facilitate a File Room to safekeep clients’ printed documents at reasonable monthly rates.

BYSOL provides full support for any consulting required for PR, Marketing or any duties to be operated by an outsourcing company.

BYSOL coordinators will liaise with the appropriate vendors for any delivery jobs ranging from basic mail handlings to messenger service, overseas shipping, and express courier service to the customs clearance.
